UCHealth, our new Health Provider for our Wellness Resource Center, is a trusted healthcare leader in Southern Colorado with a nationally recognized network of hospitals, clinics, and providers who are dedicated to delivering excellent, patient-centered care. Our clinic team will include a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, medical assistant, and medical receptionist. Starting Monday, Jan. 6, 2025, you can make an appointment by calling 719-389-6384.
